JOB GOALS:  Responsible for establishing and maintaining a strength and conditioning program for all sports, with the goals of improving student athletic performance, reducing athletic injuries, and teaching lifelong fitness and movement skills. The Strength and Conditioning Coach is responsible for any and all weight room training sessions.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence, and effectively present information. 

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILL:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

 

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

EVALUATION:  An evaluation will be done on the employee’s performance throughout the school year, performed by the athletic director.
